Turlough Flynn
Principal
Turlough Flynn founded the DMS Group as a food & beverage retail service provider in 2017 and since then has focused on a growth and development plan for the business. From a juice bar in Dundrum Town Centre, DMS now includes 4 additional units in the Food & Beverage sector along with an associated company in the photography sector. DMS is actively seeking new acquisitions and is actively negotiating new opportunities in prime Dublin locations.
Turlough has over 25 years’ senior management experience in the retail sector, property development, asset management and financial management. He has owned and managed businesses in retail, manufacturing, development and consultancy sectors including FKD Juice Limited, Ice Cream Treats Limited, Pixsavers Limited, Progressive Car Park Limited (Dundrum Car Park), Foodyard Limited (Dundrum Food court) and FR Commercial Limited.
Prior to going into business on his own, Turlough was a Commercial Director with Chartered Land (one of the largest property development and investment companies in Ireland), responsible for both development and asset management teams. Turlough was previously Commercial Director of Crossridge Investments Limited, the owners and developers of Dundrum Town Centre. He was responsible for asset and financial management during the development, opening and trading of Ireland’s most successful Retail and Leisure property. At the peak, Turlough asset managed a property portfolio valued in excess of €2bn.
Previous roles included Chief Financial Officer at Season Control (Building Services), Finance Director of the FKM Group (Property Services and Engineering), Financial Controller of Hibernia Foods plc. (NASDAQ quoted plc.) and KPMG.
Turlough is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a graduate of NUIG (B.Comm)
Thomas Mulligan
Area Operations Manager

Tom is the Area Operations Manager at the DMS Group. He has over 16 years’ experience in food and beverage operations management. He has previously held operations management roles at Zambrero, KFC and Starbucks
Toms excellent interpersonal skills delivers highly motivated and engaged teams who are focused on customer service and quality food preparations. Tom brings enthusiasm and energy to the DMS Group and plays a pivotal role in its growth and development

Ioana Demian
Employee Relations Manager

Ioana is the Employee Relations Managers at the DMS Group. She has worked in the food and beverage industry for over 15 years having previously managed the Juice Bar in Dundrum Town Centre as well as a number of ice cream units across the other major Dublin Centres. Ioana was also manager of the O’Brien’s Sandwich Bar in Dundrum Town Centre for over 3 years.

As the Employee Relations Manager Ioana liaises with all team members to ensure that their experience with the DMS group is positive and they are given the opportunity to grow and develop within the company.

Brid Ryan
HR & Marketing Director

Brid Ryan is a director of DMS Group with responsibility for HR and Marketing. Brid has worked in retail management since 2005 having owned and run the PixSavers Fujifilm Store in Dundrum Town Centre. Prior to that she operated her own Marketing & HR Consultancy business with clients including Greenilse Foods, Fujifilm Ireland and CPM Marketing.

Brid is a graduate of University Limerick and has previously worked in the United Sates with Pan Atlantic Consultants a leading consultancy firm based in the North East coast and working closely with Irish companies developing consumer markets in the United States. She has also held senior marketing manager roles at Akzo Nobel Ltd a leading paint manufacturer in Europe.
Achieving excellence through communication and knowledge is the corner stone of Brid’s management style. She works closely with the management teams in each of the DMS Group units providing training and mentoring to allow the managers to grow and develop within the group.
